Despite the whines on this very sub the quality ggg has been praised for is the reason i started playing poe.

I figured it out. You step on the tiles in the order depicted on the ground before the doorway to the room. Step on these switches furthest from the door to the closest one. If i flame dash over to the blank tiles poison comes out.

The floor puzzle looks complicated but it is quite easy. I tried casting spells of the element on certain tiles to no avail. The sequence of the tiles outside will then need to be used to cross a grid of tiles to the reward. But never broken leagues and blatantly missing bugged or downright useless content.

Any tile i step on it just shoots poison spikes at me. This puzzle involves stepping on the tiles in a specific order.
